Depending on conditions, we may use heated enclosures, warm mixing water, accelerator, and insulated blankets. We also complete indoor slabs and stone veneer projects during winter. Outdoor winter pours are evaluated case by case and are not guaranteed.

Yes. Protective sealer is included or offered as appropriate for the finish and project specifications. Stamped concrete normally receives a compatible decorative-concrete sealer. Sealing and future resealing reduce moisture and staining exposure but do not make concrete maintenance-free or guarantee that cracking will never occur.

Our standard terms are a 50% deposit due three weeks before the scheduled start date, with the remaining balance due when the project is completed. We do not currently advertise third-party financing. Any different payment arrangement must be discussed and documented before scheduling.
