Sealing and future resealing reduce moisture and staining exposure but do not make concrete maintenance-free or guarantee that cracking will never occur.

Our standard terms are a 50% deposit due three weeks before the scheduled start date, with the remaining balance due when the project is completed. We do not currently advertise third-party financing. Any different payment arrangement must be discussed and documented before scheduling.
